The Creative Common Law Project is happy to announce the addition of Donald Roth to the CCL Advisory Board.
Donald Roth (JD, LLM, Georgetown University) is a Professor of Criminal Justice and member of the California State Bar. His research interests vary widely into the relationship of behavioral economics and anthropology, operative metaphor and antimony, and legal ethics.
The CCL Project is happy to announce the addition of Dr. Gerard Casey (University College Dublin) and Douglas Bandow (Cato Institute) to the Advisory Board. Both of these public intellectuals are strong supporters of individual liberty and have decades of experience contemplating, publishing, and speaking about the subject. Their legal and philosophical insight to the Project is tremendously valuable.
Doug Bandow (JD, Stanford University) is a Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute and served as a Special Assistant to President Ronald Reagan. He is the author of numerous books and has been published in World, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, New York Times, and others.
Gerard Casey (PhD Philosophy, University of Notre Dame; DLitt, National University of Ireland; LLB, University of London; LLM, University College Dublin) is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at University College Dublin. In addition to being an Associated Scholar of the Ludwig von Mises Institute, he has taught at The Catholic University of America and Pontifical Institute in Washington D.C., and is the author of many books including Libertarian Anarchy and Liberty’s Progress.
Welcome to the CCL website! This is the first stage of a two-stage process. The current plan is to complete this site in its infancy stages, then migrate to a new hosted site in the next several months as support for the project grows. Please drop your comments below and visit the rest of the site.
